My name is Fiona Snyckers and I’m a South African novelist and journalist.  I blog about writing and literary matters over here, but will probably cross-post my writing blogs to this site as well from now on.  I am also a wife, a mother of three children, and an owner of four cats.  I will use this blog to write about whatever takes my fancy – from parenting to current affairs, health and fitness, cooking and baking, and all things cat.  The opinions I express are entirely my own.  When errors are pointed out to me, I will correct them as soon as reasonably possible.  That’s code for ‘please don’t sue me’.  You can visit my author website here if you feel so inclined – it’s very pretty.
